McDowell County Sheriff Dudley Greene said John Heffner's body was recovered around 6 a.m. Monday, about five hours after he was reported missing.Greene says Heffner was camping when he and some friends went to the New Manna Baptist Church Youth Camp circuitously and began regulating a slide.Authorities say camp officials confronted the group about trespassing, and Heffner was separated from his friends, who called police two hours later when he didn't return.
